Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations & Confirmation

All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card on file. A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is completed. It is the client’s responsibility to review all details and notify us of any discrepancies.

2. Billing & Payment

• All services are billed based on the agreed hourly rate or flat rate.
• Hourly services are calculated from garage-to-garage unless otherwise specified.
• Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, wait time, gratuity, fuel surcharges, and applicable taxes.
• A credit card authorization may be processed prior to service.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Sedans & SUVs: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
• Sprinters: 7 Days cancellation required.
• Motor Coaches & Mini Coaches 30 days cancellation required.
• Late cancellations and no-shows will be billed the full amount of the reservation.

4. Wait Time Policy

• Airport pickups include 30–60 minutes of complimentary wait time (depending on airport/vehicle type).
• All other pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time.
• Additional wait time will be billed in increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.

5. No-Show Policy

A reservation will be considered a no-show if:

• The passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location, or the passenger cannot be reached after reasonable attempts
• No-shows will be charged the full fare plus any applicable wait time.

6. Changes to Reservations

Any changes to reservations (pickup time, location, vehicle type) must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

7. Overtime & Service Extensions

If a trip exceeds the scheduled time, additional time will be billed in hourly increments based on the vehicle reserved.

8. Passenger Responsibility

• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during service.
• Cleaning or repair fees will be charged for excessive mess, spills, or damage.
• Smoking, illegal substances, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.

9. Child Safety

Child seats are available upon request and may incur an additional fee. It is the responsibility of the client to request appropriate seating in advance.

10. Luggage & Capacity

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that luggage does not exceed vehicle capacity. Empire Limousine is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

11. Delays & Liability

Empire Limousine is not liable for delays caused by:

• Traffic conditions
• Weather
• Road closures
• Mechanical issues beyond control
• Acts of God

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely service.

12. Chauffeur Conduct & Safety

Our chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate service without refund if a passenger’s behavior is deemed unsafe, illegal, or abusive.

13. Affiliate & Third-Party Service

In certain markets, Empire Limousine may use trusted affiliate partners. All services remain subject to these Terms & Conditions.

14. Privacy Policy

Client information is kept confidential and used solely for reservation and billing purposes. We do not share or sell personal information.

SMS Communication

SMS Consent Communication:

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
